Biography

Michaela trained at The Royal Academy of Music in Musical Theatre, receiving her Post-Graduate Diploma in 2015. Having developed her interest in performing arts from an early age, she is now an ambitious actor, singer and writer.
Professional stage credits include Honey Grey in Lady of Jazz (Doye Mosse Productions), Emily in Separate Ways (Doye Mosse Productions), Juliet in Romeo and Juliet (Moving Stories Theatre Company), Polly Perkins in Robinson Crusoe (Greenwich Theatre), Maria in The Nutcracker and The Mouse King (Cornerstone Arts Centre, Didcot), Corbyn’s Researcher/Reporter in Brexit the Musical (Edinburgh Festival Fringe), Polly Peachum in The Beggar’s Opera (Lazarus Theatre Company), Lucinda in Into The Woods (The Royal Exchange, Manchester).
As a writer, Michaela has written articles for various publications as well as here on her website blog. She is currently the music features writer for the Nigerian magazine 'MADE' and has been published in the blog for theatre industry casting site Spotlight.
As a poet, Michaela has performed at several open mic events in Southampton and London. She is currently expanding her collection of work.
